How to change your homepage on a Google Chrome browser for Mac or PC

Here are the steps to change homepage on Google Chrome browser for Mac or PC.
Google Chrome makes it easy to choose your home page for your inbox and the sites you recommend or bookmark it. The home pages are different from the start page. Basically, a home page is a site with a home icon on the top toolbar where a home page reflects the launch of the Google browser.
Google Chrome has a very small user interface which is implemented in browsers. It also allows users to sync bookmarks, history, and settings across all devices. This setting with the browser is installed by sending and receiving data through a selected Google account. In return, it updates all connected instances of Chrome.
Here is the step-by-step guide to changing your homepage in Google Chrome for Mac and PC:
Step 1: Open the Google Chrome browser on your desktop
2nd step: Select the three vertical dots in the upper right corner of the toolbar on the web page.
Step 3: Tap “Settings.”
Step 4: After Chrome settings, click on the “Appearance” tab in the right sidebar.
Step 5: You will read a “Show Home Button” and a switch. Activate the switch if it doesn’t and click the toggle to change it from gray to blue.
Step 6: Once it’s enabled, you need to set the default “New Tab page” home page to a custom web address.
Step 7: Now tap on the second circle and enter the desired website that you want to use.
Step 8: Your new home page will be saved automatically.
Step 9: Now the home button will be automatically registered at the top of the chrome window to the left of the search bar.
Step 10: Clicking on the icon will redirect you to the website you have set as your home page.
