Human Made and KAWS reconnect for fall 2021.

Almost three months after the first collaborative drop, the brand founded by Nigo and the American artist unveiled a second larger batch of co-branded designs. While the first collection focused on a handful of t-shirts, the latest range offers a total of 10 pieces available in several colors. Items include two t-shirts, three crew neck sweatshirts, two hoodie designs, and three tote bags.

The graphics in the collection were all created by KAWS, who incorporated their iconic “XX” motif into Human Made’s duck, polar bear and heart illustrations.

In 2016, Nigo spoke about his relationship with KAWS and his experience working with the artist on the Bape and Uniqlo collections.

“We’ve been working together in one way or another since 1997. I think we have mutual trust and understanding, so it just happens naturally,” Nigo told Complex. “I trust his art, his illustration, his graphics and I think he trusts me to translate that into products.
