American Woodcrafters Website Highlights Fast Shipping Items and Designer Program
American Woodcrafters (AWC), a specialist in coastal, cottage, condo and youth bedroom and dining furniture, has launched a website giving retailers instant access to browse items that ship quickly.
Moreover, the American Cabinetmakers website helps interior designers connect with AWC’s in-house design specialist and allows consumers to shop in a variety of ways, including shop by style, shop by collection, shop by room and by finish.
“AWC designed our highly interactive, intuitive and user-friendly new website with all audiences in mind: retailers, designers, consumers and sales representatives,” said Rusty Morris, vice president of sales and marketing.
Through a login feature, retailers and designers can be directed to an online catalog that only displays items and collections that are in stock and ready to ship 48 hours after receipt of order from the High warehouse. AWC’s 100,000 square foot point. “With today’s supply chain challenges, the most common question we get is: ‘What’s in stock?’ This feature allows retailers and designers to immediately see what’s available in our fast ship program,” Morris said. He added that the feature “provides a great selling tool for retailers working with shoppers in the store, as they can check to see if the items shoppers are interested in are in stock,” he said.
The Quick Delivery Display feature is powered by the AMP software platform for digital catalogs, stock status and order processing.
In addition to retail tools, the website also caters to interior designers. “AWC offers many amenities for interior designers, and the website builds on this by allowing them to connect directly with our design specialist who can help facilitate their project, schedule an appointment at our exhibit or answer questions,” Morris said. Additional website features include finding a retailer, browsing digital catalogs, and new introductions.
AWC has partnered with Jamestown, North Carolina Spinning a web design for the design, development and maintenance of the website.
